Friday, September 16th

5:00 pm | Tap the Keg

No Oktoberfest is complete without the traditional tapping of the keg ceremony!

5:00 – 7:00 pm | Taylor and Von

Do you like everything from 90s, to 2000s rock, to a little bit of pop, country and 80s? If that’s the case, then come out to see Taylor & Von kick off the festivities.

7:30 – 9:30 pm | Alpha Romeos

A band with local roots in MoHo! They’ll deliver re-fried funk, Cajun boogie, soul, R&B and blues.

Saturday, September 17th

11:00 am – 1:00 pm | Katie Scullin

Katie is an award-winning singer and songwriter who has captivated audiences at festivals, listening rooms, and private parties all the way from Northern Wisconsin to the heart of Texas country!

1:00 – 2:00 pm | Kendra Beth Masters

Kendra Swanson is an independent folk music performer and songwriter. With strong, expressive vocals and energetic instrumentation on banjo, guitar, and fiddle, she applies a timeless sound to original compositions written from (and about) the American heartland.

2:00 – 4:00 pm | DRL Band

An original rock ‘n’ roll band, heavily influenced by over 5-decades of British music.

4:00 pm | Tap the Keg

We’ll celebrate Day 2 of the festivities with a tapping of the keg.

4:30 – 6:30 pm | Sharona & Ray Ray

This lively duo are seasoned veterans of the music scene and have been playing together for over 10 years. They plays top 40’s covers that will get you dancing & singing along.

6:30 – 7:00 pm | Pretzel Eating Contest

7:00 – 9:30 pm | Mission (A Tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band)

Mission is a Madison, WI based project paying homage to the Jerry Garcia Band. Two full sets of “Captain Trips” is goodness for your soul.

Sunday, September 18th

12:00 – 2:00 pm | Julius Bindrim III

Julius is the winner of The Paramount Blues Challenge solo artist for 2022. A one man band, you will be amazed by how he utilizes live looping/layering techniques, adding a second guitar, percussion and/or harmonies all in real-time live act!

2:00 – 3:00 pm | The Usual Suspects on Brix Cider Stage

Usual Suspects includes musicians local to Mt. Horeb or with roots in the community. They will bring you a healthy dose of smoking hot Jazz and blues music, vintage R&B and Soul tunes mostly from the Stax & Motown era. 

3:00 – 5:00 pm | Prairie Smoke ft: Corey Mathew Hart

Local to Mount Horeb, there is no one better than Corey Mathew Hart to finish up the festivities under the tent. He will be joined by his friends Kenny Leiser on the fiddle and Kevin Rowe on the upright bass; Prairie Smoke’s very first performance as a group.

Inside the Brew Pub, we will be serving a paired down Special Event Menu during the festival. Click here to view the menu.

  • Brix Cider has added extra seating and a stage. They will be serving their artisanal hard cider outside, as well as more food options.
  • Sista’s Chicken & Fish will have their food trailer menu on-site during the event.
  • Las Milpas will have their tacos, burritos and quesadillas!
  • Badger Bros Coffee will keep you caffeinated.
  • Bonnie’s Balls will be in attendance on Sunday, serving up their deep fried pastries.
  • Sugar Troll will have several sweet treats for kiddos, big & small!
  • Nothing Bundt Cakes will have their mouth-watering Nothing Bundt Cakes, crafted-by-hand with the finest ingredients.
  • Momma Bee’s Kettle Korn Kitchen will be on-site making & selling their sweet and salty kettle corn.

Last year’s Oktoberfest was a bigger success than we could’ve ever hoped for! So this year we’re offering a VIP Package. Each VIP Table includes:

  • One reserved VIP table in the VIP area, seats up to 10 is private to you during your time slot
  • One round of beers and brats for the table – 40 tickets
  • A Giant Pretzel w/cheese for the table – 8 tickets
  • Access to Grumpy Troll indoor bathrooms
  • Two Oktoberfest Shirts

Kid-Friendly Activities

We know that happy kids, make happy parents! That’s why our Oktoberfest goes beyond kid-friendly. Sugar Troll and Black Earth Children’s Museum have many outdoor activities – including; face painting, oversized Jenga & Connect 4, chalk, a coloring contest, crafts and much more.

Fundraiser

10% percent of the weekend’s proceeds will be donated to Driftless Historium & Mount Horeb Area Historical Society. Thanks to their many volunteers for helping us make this event happen!
